Highlights from Summer 2024

Dates: June 23-26

20 Player Maximum!

*Ages 11-14 and playing experience 1-2 years

Schedule:

Day 1-3

8:45am-9am: Player Check-In

9am-9:30am: Agility/Conditioning

9:45am-11:00am: Strategy of the Day/Volleyball Drills

11am-11:30am: Lunch Break

11:45am-12:45pm: Volleyball Matches

1pm: Player Pick-Up

Meet the Coaches

Sarah Wickstrom,

  • 2007-2011 Varsity Setter, JBHS 
  • 2011-2015 NCAA DI dual sport athlete at Florida State University, Indoor & Beach Volleyball
  • 2013 NCAA All-American, Beach Volleyball 
  • 2015-2017 Professional Indoor Volleyball, Berlin, Germany
  • 2021-Present Head coach and owner of All-Outdoors Fitness
  • 2024-Present JBHS Head Beach Volleyball Coach

Hannah Wickstrom,

  • 2003-2007 Varsity Outside, JBHS
  • 2008-2009 Tennis, Flagler College 
  • 15 years experience, beach volleyball
  • Plays in local and state tournaments (AAA-Open) 
  • 12 years in Education 
  • Currently teaching sixth grade, Murray Middle School
