The first AOD Home program! A 6 week, progressive strength program that was designed in a way that it could be completed by a beginner or advanced athlete.
This is a sustainable strength program that is not made to kill you each workout.
There are two phases, each consisting of 3 weeks. In the first phase you will complete the same three workouts every week. Your goal is to progress the given exercises each week.
The second phase has three new workouts that build upon the first phase.
When you combine this program with a well-balanced diet and recovery habits, in six weeks you will feel and move like a new person, gain lean muscle and most importantly be, fit for life.
