Functional HIIT workouts and yoga for all levels! We train in small motivating groups that allow you to get a personal training experience and see big results. Our yoga classes are programmed to the weekly workout schedule for an ideal body and mind combination.

The perfect mix! This well-balanced workout combines strength, speed, and skill exercises allowing you to build muscle, burn calories and move agile.

Strength & Stability
In this workout you will learn to control your entire body while also building strength. Your mind and body have to work together in order to keep your body in the correct postures during challenging and off- balance movements.

Speed & Agility
Get ready to move! This high energy workout will get your entire body working. It will challenge your body to maintain proper alignment and posture during quick movement and have you leaving with a rush of endorphins!

Endurance
Pace yourself! This fun endurance workout will combine strength and cardio exercises at high repetitions. Go at your own speed, find your pace and embrace the burn!

Circuit Push
We all love a good circuit! Quick transitions to each station keeps the energy and motivation high. This workout combines strength, speed, and skill exercises giving you everything you want in one workout.

Bodyweight Only
No, this does not mean it’s easy ;). Using only our bodyweight we will activate all the different muscle groups to complete a full body workout.

Functional Mobility Skills
A slower paced class, targeting specific areas of your body for development of improved joint mobility and capacity, strength and efficiency of joint movement, and body control.

Yoga
Enjoy a variety of yoga flows ranging from power vinyasa to deep stretching and Yin. All levels welcome! Some say it feels like a, “mini yoga retreat!”
